Behold, Putin--how he first broke the news about the coming Minsk Agreement--as Poroshenko's "proposal" to provide "huminatarian assistance" to Donbass

This is how Putin first introduced and explained the coming Minsk Agreements at the end of August of 2014 just after meeting with Poroshenko in Minsk:
"My meeting with Poroshenko was very good ... he is a partner with whom one can have a dialogue ... his position toward what Russia is doing shows understanding, and I think that we too should meet the Ukrainian leadership half-way ... we agreed on assistance to the needy people in Lugansk and Donetsk, which President Poroshenko proposed ... this humanitarian assistance [to Donbass] was his proposal, and I agreed with it."
How many lies did you count?
