Another Donbass leader killed (this time near Moscow) and Plotnitsky claimed he prevented an attempted coup d'etat

On Monday, September 20, Evgeniy Zhilin, of the co-founders of OPLOT, associated with the head of the DPR, Zakharchenko (and like him also linked formerly to the SBU), was assassinated near Moscow where he lived as part of the security-business groups which are part of the post-Soviet centers of power and wealth. The same day, September 20, Plotnitsky came out with a stunning statement that, both in Lugansk and Donetsk, security forces "preempted" an attempt at a coup d'etat allegedly organized by Kiev, but with a "likely" backing from unnamed people living in Russia. According to Plotnitsky, the internal unrest was to be used by Kiev as a pretext and facilitation for invasion. Interestingly, Plotnitsky's statement (which I already posted earlier today) has been largely ignored or suppressed.
