Existing, aspiring and would-be despots and tyrants are certainly failed human beings or beings failed as human beings. Moreover, they are also often failed artists. And inside this phenomenon is a failure of the core itself--"heart failure" or the inner deadness. But at the same time this fundamental failure is compensated by countless tricks and gimmicks by means of which these loveless creatures and psychopaths not impress fake love on the hypnotized and mesmerized masses, but by means of which they also create bonds of attraction, destructive dependence and even psychotic hysteria.
Those people who were deciding which figurehead ought to misrepresent the "head" of the new Russia, the new colony that emerged from the unconditional and total capitulation of the USSR in the Cold War, are certainly not without a certain sarcastic sense of humor--if you realize that their choice for the first figurehead to "represent" new Russia was an alcoholic (Yeltsin) and the second is a tasteless greedy gnome charged with personifying false hopes for bygone "greatness."
